Webinar Series

Creating your personalised stress plan for a more resilient you

Online wellness workshop on Thursday, 28 May 2020 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm (SGT)

COVID-19 has turned the world upside down and many of us are still adjusting to a new lifestyle. This makes it all the more important to prioritise your own wellness during this challenging time.

In response, we’re hosting a complimentary Stress Resilience workshop for our valued clients and contacts. This will be led by Zi En, co-founder of HASIKO, a qualified Pilates instructor and wellness coach.

During this workshop, you will learn how to recognise your stress symptoms, discover your stress triggers, learn how to relieve stress in the moment and manage your stressors. Zi En will also be guiding us to do simple stretches, meditations, and reflections.

Join us for this hour-long session to reduce your stress for good, simply register below and the workshop link will be emailed to you.

While the workshop is free, we would like to encourage you to make a small voluntary donation of $15 to 1000 Days, a non-profit that aims to eradicate child stunting in Indonesia by providing mothers and babies living in poverty with high-quality healthcare and nutritious food. Currently, they are supporting medical centers in rural areas by providing them with PPE, disinfectants, and medical supplies. You can make a donation directly on their website by clicking here.
