COVID-19 has turned the world upside down and many of us are still adjusting to a new lifestyle. This makes it all the more important to prioritise your own wellness during this challenging time.
In response, we’re hosting a complimentary Stress Resilience workshop for our valued clients and contacts. This will be led by Zi En, co-founder of HASIKO, a qualified Pilates instructor and wellness coach.
During this workshop, you will learn how to recognise your stress symptoms, discover your stress triggers, learn how to relieve stress in the moment and manage your stressors. Zi En will also be guiding us to do simple stretches, meditations, and reflections.

While the workshop is free, we would like to encourage you to make a small voluntary donation of $15 to 1000 Days, a non-profit that aims to eradicate child stunting in Indonesia by providing mothers and babies living in poverty with high-quality healthcare and nutritious food. Wong Zi En, Co-founder, HASIKO
Zi En is a qualified Pilates instructor with over 1,000 hours of Pilates and somatic training in Singapore, New York and London. She is also trained in other modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has worked with a number of clients in high pressure roles who suffer from physical ailments due to stress and poor lifestyle habits. Zi En strongly believes that having a healthy mind and body is the key to fulfilling our potential and living life to the fullest.
