Sitting with the Client Account Services team, you will lead the screening team and partner closely with the business to review documents and update systems for post-on-boarding maintenance requests. In this position, you will be responsible for leading your team in ensuring adherence to efficiency and effectiveness KPS, including quality standards, turn-around time, and overall team productivity. You will also conduct training and provide advice for documentation requirements, screening queries, and internal policies and procedures for the business.
This role requires liaison with auditors and support key projects relating to Client Account Services matters. You will take an interest in staying abreast of any regulatory changes about the documentation and screening process and requirements.
To succeed in the role, you should have at least 7 – 10 years of work experience in a similar capacity in private banking or retail banking, preferably with team managing skills.
