Officer, Client Services & Administration

We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join a renowned Bank with significant footprints in the region.

You will sit with the Client Services & Administration to support the following responsibilities:
  1. Review account opening data forms and ensure the accuracy and completeness of account documentation;
  2. Maintenance of accounts in reviewing documents and updating client static data in the system;
  3. Review account closing checklists and initiate account closing process;
  4. Perform blocking and unblocking of accounts, impose blocks for returned mails and uncollected hold mails;
  5. Prepare reporting to relevant stakeholders;
  6. Prepare standard reference letters for management’s approval;
  7. Update static data in Avaloq and attend to ad-hoc email requests for static data update to facilitate account for trade and other transactions.
  8. Assist in other client and services administration duties.
To succeed in the role, you should have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity in a private banking or securities firm.
