Our client is a US Investment Company with a growing portfolio under management exceeding USD 100 Billion. They are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their expanding team in Singapore. You will report to the VP, Legal based in Singapore. 

Responsibilities:

• You will be a key pillar in helping drive end-to-end legal advisory for our client's internal investments teams, portfolio companies, and JV partners on acquisitions, refinancing projects, and exits and liquidations projects for fund.

Requirements:

• You are admitted to the Singapore Bar, with less than 5 years of post-qualification experience gained in renowned law firms.
• Result oriented, dedicated and hardworking individual who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility.
