With a client service-centric mindset, you take pride in assisting Compliance users in resolving Compliance tool-related incidents during APAC time zones, follow incidents through to resolutions and act proactively to ensure requests are responded in a timely manner. As the primary point of contact for Business Continuity topic relating to Compliance systems, you will track system disaster recovery and IT continuity activities for compliance system. In addition, you will take responsibility in attending to audit and regulatory requests, as well as generating dashboards for management and business reporting.
To qualify for the role, you should possess a bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 5 years’ relevant experience gained in banking, payment or compliance arena. Project Management and Application Support skills, and experience in computing and information technology. A good team player, dynamic with the ability to drive improvements and deliverables for the role.
