In the capacity as Head of Front Office Operational Risk Management, you are responsible for leading a team to centralize the front office risk and control functions to ensure consistency and scalability in the first line control. You will represent the Front Office and lead discussions with Risk Management, Compliance, and other stakeholders to standardize best practices for RCSA, RRSA, and BCP processes and reporting across the markets.
You are the single point of contact to coordinate all queries and submissions relating to the first line of controls and manage regulatory audit inspections. You will play an instrumental role in seeking continuous improvement on structural - process and system-related issues and standardize processes across the bank to achieve the right balance between different markets’ practices and requirements. You will oversee and direct the end-to-end Policy implementation process, including the design of procedures and definition of exceptions.
To succeed in the role, you should have a minimum of 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in a private banking environment. You have a strong understanding of financial products, services, and processes, and risk management processes. You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder interfacing skills. Strong leadership qualities and proven management skills. You can handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently and manage business expectations accordingly.
