Residing within the COO division, you are the Client Onboarding Process Owner and responsible for driving and executing the strategic Client Onboarding roadmap to ensure effective deliverables and priorities for the Bank. You are the key contact for approving changes to the process. You will work closely with the stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment of the process and facilitate digital enhancements across the Business.
You should possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 10-15 years of experience in AML and Client Onboarding in a private banking setting. To succeed in the role, you should have deep knowledge of the client onboarding process, including Account Opening, KYC, CDD, and compliance requirements in Private Banking. You are a subject matter expert in the end-to-end process flow of the Client Onboarding Lifecycle.
